Olta Health provides education, self-tracking tools and a directory. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not replace a clinician or veterinarian. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password and recovery code private; without an email address on file, we cannot reset your account for you. Turn on two-step login if you can.

Data on your device

Tools and surveys store data in your browser. You are responsible for keeping copies; clearing your browser data deletes it unless you have exported it or made an encrypted backup. We cannot recover a forgotten backup passphrase.

The directory

Listings come from clinicians who apply. We review applications before publishing, and each profile shows whether credentials have been confirmed. A listing is not an endorsement, and you should confirm details with the clinic. You contact clinics directly; Olta is not part of that conversation.

Community rules

• Share general information and experience, not personal medical advice.
• Do not post names, contact details, dates of birth or anything else that identifies you or someone else.
• Be respectful. Moderators may remove posts that break these rules.

Changes

If these terms change, the version date above changes, and we may ask you to agree again.
