Consumer health data policy

Some U.S. states, including Washington, require a separate notice about consumer health data. This page explains how Olta Health handles health-related information.

Health information we collect

None that is linked to you. Survey answers, results and tool entries are processed and stored on your own device. If you make an encrypted backup, it is encrypted on your device with a passphrase we never receive, so we cannot read its contents.

Health-related information we receive

• Daily totals of completed surveys by result level, with no link to any person, account or device.
• The specialist types used to look up directory listings, which are not stored.

Sharing

We do not sell or share health information. When you contact a clinic from the directory, you do so directly; nothing passes through Olta Health.

Your rights

Delete device data in My Olta, and account data (including any encrypted backup) on your account page. Questions: privacy@oltahealth.com.
